Brandonite Megan Asham has resigned as head softball coach at D’Youville University to begin her occupational therapy career in the Fargo/Moorhead area.

Asham coached the NCAA Division II squad for three seasons while she earned her Masters degree, and was named United States Collegiate Athletic Association coach of the year in 2022.

After taking over as the interim coach during the 2020 campaign, she led the team to a record 29 wins in 2022, and they posted a 19-28 this year, earning a berth to the program’s third consecutive USCAA) national championship.

D’Youville University is located in Buffalo, N.Y.
