McCreary’s Gower inks deal with Raiders

McCreary product Ryan Gower has signed a standard player agreement with the Western Hockey League’s Prince Albert Raiders.

The 15-year-old defenceman was selected in the second round of last month’s WHL draft by the Raiders, who Gower inked a contract with on Tuesday afternoon.

He had 34 points in 32 games for the Parkland Rangers under-15 AAA program during the 2021-22 season.
