A Brandon man faces sex assault charges after a nine-year-old girl was reportedly the victim of a sexual assault.
Police started looking into the allegations on Feb. 5. The girl was reportedly assaulted at a Brandon home by a man who had been staying there.
After an ongoing investigation, police say they were able to arrest a suspect yesterday.
A 19-year-old Brandon man is to appear in court on June 11, on sexual assault charges.
