A 19-year-old Minnedosa man is facing charges after a 20-foot trailer was stolen from a business in the 700 block of Highland Avenue.
The enclosed-style Polaris trailer, owned by Advantage Auto, along with four storage bins located in the 1800 block of 18th Street North were broken into and a quantity of semi-truck-sized tires were taken. Video surveillance revealed that the stolen trailer was used to transport the stolen tires.
RCMP in Shellbrook, Sask. reported to the Brandon Police Service that the trailer and property were recovered in their area.
The accused was expected to appear in court Thursday for the charge of possession of stolen property for both instances.
