Someone pried open the interior garage door of a home under construction in Brandon and made off with a number of tools from inside, police say.
The theft was reported at about 8:30 a.m. on Monday, when the construction company noticed the break-in, which had happened sometime overnight on the Whiteash Drive property.
Stolen from inside were tools, including a mitre saw, a jigsaw, a reciprocating saw and an air compressor.
Police continue to investigate.
