A driver faces two tickets after a pedestrian was struck in the intersection of 10th Street and McTavish Avenue early Saturday afternoon.
Police say the man was turning right onto 10th Street after driving west on McTavish when he hit the pedestrian, who was crossing in the intersection.
The pedestrian only suffered minor injuries and was treated by paramedics from Brandon Fire and Emergency Services at the scene.
The driver was charged under the Highway Traffic Act for failing to yield the right of way to a pedestrian and for driving without a supervising driver.
