The Westman area has been the scene for a couple of movie productions over the past few months.
The latest is an Afghanistan war movie, written, directed and starring Canadian actor Paul Gross, best known for his roles in the television series “Due South” and his First World War epic “Passchendaele.”
Two weeks ago, production on his latest movie, “Hyena Road,” involved shooting scenes for 15 days near CFB Shilo, to be followed by 15 days of shooting in Jordan.
