The 82 Brandon Squadron held its annual ceremonial review recently in the Commonwealth Air Museum airplane hanger. The squadron was reviewed by Lt.-Col. John Cochrane, CFB Shilo base commander.

Rotary Club of Brandon president Cheryl Winger accepted a certificate from Capt. Mark Delmage acknowledging more than 16 years of support.

“We are truly proud of the relationship,” Winger said while addressing the squadron. “Our club’s association with the squadron started with Nonny Cancade and Neil Neary and in more recent years with Rick Wilson, Harvey Laluk, Lorne Mustard and Ron Adams. The 82nd Squadron has helped with our Rotary book sale and many of our community projects. We are truly grateful for your contributions and help. Youth support is critical if we are to build strong communities … It is as honour for Rotary to serve such hard working, independent, confident cadets. Congratulations on the squadron’s 75th anniversary and the very best to each cadet as you all strive to keep 82 Brandon squadron strong.”
