The Brandon Montana’s restaurant has been award the company’s “restaurant of the year award” for 2019.
Manager Jon Moore said the award is given out based on several metrics such as customer feedback, service speed, health inspections and food quality. This is the first time that the Brandon Montana’s has won the award.
“Couldn’t have done it without the team and the awesome Westman customers,” Moore said. There are 68 employees at the restaurant.
Moore said a plaque has been hung in the store’s entryway to commemorate the victory and a “beautiful” staff party was thrown to celebrate the win. The store’s general manager and franchisee were also sent on vacations to Mexico for winning.
Montana’s is managed by Recipe Unlimited, which also manages other chains such as Original Joe’s, Swiss Chalet, Harvey’s and East Side Mario’s.
There are 106 Montana’s locations in Canada. The Brandon location at the Corral Centre opened in 2006.
