Canadian country-music artist Dallas Smith is set to return to the Keystone Centre this spring.
According to a Monday morning news release from Keystone Centre staff, Smith will be performing at the venue May 24, marking the first stop on his “Some Things Never Change” tour.
This concert will also feature an appearance from a variety of other high-profile Canadian country-music artists, including the James Barker Band, Meghan Patrick, Shawn Austin, JoJo Mason, Kelly Prescott and Manny Blu.
Smith hasn’t performed at the Keystone Centre since October 2019, when he recruited fellow Canadian musician Dean Brody to spearhead his “Friends Don’t Let Friends Tour Alone” tour.
This May 2022 show is being presented by Dauphin’s Countryfest, since Smith will also be performing at the long-running concert series later in the summer.
Tickets for Smith’s upcoming concert at the Keystone Centre will go on sale this Friday starting at 10 a.m.
However, pre-sales for fan club members will begin tomorrow at the Keystone Centre box office and online at tickets.keystonecentre.com.
VIP packages will also be available for purchase, and will include a premium seat, an intimate pre-show performance and a Q&A session with Smith.
The tour is scheduled to run from May 24 to June 30, with shows taking place in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.
The Canadian Country Music Association named Smith their “Entertainer of the Year” in both 2019 and 2020.
