Proud mom premier
Our premier sure is proud of her son’s hockey team. Who advises this woman? Well, I guess, she is just doing all she can to ensure our next government is NDP!
CP RAIL STRIKE
Wouldn’t it be refreshing to see a union take a respectful approach for a change? As much of our country struggles to get back to some sort of normal, which includes some supply stability to get our financial feet under us again, along with the daily pleasure of going to a store and actually buying something in stock, the union for CP Rail feels this would be a good time to either threaten strike or actually strike. I think their negotiations could wait another six to 12 months. Two years of COVID and a pending world war, all on the heels of severe drought in many areas, should almost be enough. But if that extra one per cent on your already ample pay is that important right now, have at it.
Intimate images case
In regards to the IIU investigation of BPS, it seems this is just another case of “we have investigated ourselves and found we did nothing wrong.” BPS should hold itself to a much higher standard, as well as the IIU should represent the people not the police.
true colours
In poker, it is called a tell. Premier Heather Stefanson using the floor where the people’s business is conducted to brag about her son’s hockey team winning a game is a pathetic tell. As families struggle in very tenuous times, how could anyone see such a statement as anything but a tone-deaf tell of privilege?
