Environment Canada has issued a rainfall warning for a large swath of western Manitoba from Minnedosa to Dauphin.
According to the organization’s website, heavy rain of 30 to 40 millimetres is expected to fall by Friday morning.
Localized flooding could occur in low-lying areas, which could exacerbate an already precarious situation.
