Police reportedly seized more than $8,000 worth of cocaine and two machetes while carrying out search warrants on Friday night.
At approximately 9 p.m., the Brandon Police Service organized crime section executed search warrants in the 1500 block of 18th Street and on Bison Way, according to police.
Police allegedly found three ounces of cocaine, cash and machetes. According to police, the drugs are worth approximately $8,800.
A 26-year-old woman was charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of the proceeds of crime and possession of a weapon. She is scheduled to appear in court on July 14.
