RCMP capture third suspect
RCMP have arrested a third person in connection with an aggravated assault in Dauphin. Samuel Flatfoot was arrested Wednesday after police issued a warrant for his arrest on March 16.
The 24-year-old was wanted on charges of aggravated assault and robbery for an incident on March 13 in which two people were attacked in the 1500 block of Main Street in Dauphin.
Flatfoot’s co-accused in the assaults, Fred Parenteau and Kathleen Flatfoot, were arrested by RCMP at earlier dates.
Garage break-in and theft
Police are looking for information about a break and enter to a garage on Clark Drive on Tuesday.
Police say the suspects broke in overnight through an unlocked door. Once inside the garage, they broke a window to the car parked inside and stole a wallet from within the vehicle.
Police are asking anyone with information about the break-in and theft to contact Brandon Police Service at 204-729-2345.
