The inaugural Hatch festival kicked off Friday afternoon at Brandon University, showcasing a smorgasbord of musical talent that ranged from folk to pop to jazz.
Friday’s lineup featured an eclectic mix of Manitoba artists, including Sean Irvine, Daily Alice, Roman Clarke and the Dirty Catfish Brass Band.
The party is scheduled to continue today, starting at around 3 p.m., with performances from Burnstick, JJ Shiplett, Field Guide, Cassidy Mann and The Small Glories.
