The following is a rundown of the hours of operation for some Brandon businesses and services this weekend.

The Brandon Sun will not publish the print edition of the newspaper on Remembrance Day (Saturday).

Regular publication will resume with the Monday e-edition and Tuesday print edition.

CITY OF BRANDON

• Brandon City Hall (410 Ninth St.), the A.R. McDiarmid Civic Complex (638 Princess Ave.), the Civic Services Complex (382 Park Ave. East), and Parks Complex (2020 McGregor Ave.) are all closed on Monday, Nov. 13.

• Brandon Transit will run conventional service and Brandon Access Transit services from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Remembrance Day. The Transit Information Centre will be closed on Monday, but regular routes will be running as normal.

• The Eastview Landfill will be open Remembrance Day and closed Monday. A reminder that the Eastview Landfill has transitioned to winter hours. Regular hours are Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. and closed Sundays and statutory holidays.

• Brandon’s Community Sportsplex will be closed.

• Brandon’s Youth Centre will be closed.

• Brandon Municipal Cemetery is open from dawn to dusk, but the cemetery office will be closed on Monday.

All after-hours Public Works emergencies should be directed to the City of Brandon Public Works After-Hours Line at 204-729-2285. The Civic Services Complex (900 Richmond Ave. East) remains closed until further notice.

GROCERY STORES

• Real Canadian Superstore (920 Victoria Ave.): open 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.

• Sobeys Extra Brandon South (1645 18th St.): open 1 p.m. to 11 p.m.

• Sobeys Brandon West (3409 Victoria Ave.): open 1 p.m. to 11 p.m.

• Co-op Marketplace (1035 Richmond Ave.): open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The pharmacy will be closed, but the Co-op gas bars and the Western Nations Gas Bar will be open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

• Co-op Gas Bar (Rosser Avenue): opens 7 a.m to 10 p.m

• Corral Centre Safeway: open 1 p.m. to 11 p.m.

• Corral Centre Walmart Supercentre: open 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.

LIQUOR

• Brandon’s three full Liquor Mart locations and the Liquor Mart Express: open 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.

• Beer Warehouse (Victoria Inn, 3550 Victoria Ave.): open 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

• The 40 (210 18th St.): open 1 p.m. until 7 p.m.

CLINICS

No medical clinics will be open on Remembrance Day.

OTHER THINGS TO DO

• The Commonwealth Air Training Plan Museum: open from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

• Brandon Shoppers Mall: open 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
