Another member of the first-place Brandon Wheat Kings has been named Manitoba U18 AAA Hockey League player of the week.
Ethan Stewart joins teammate Jaxon Jacobson, who earned the same accolade last month.

Facing the second-place Yellowhead Chiefs (18-5-0-0), Stewart found the net three times and added an assist in a 6-1 triumph. A few days later, he scored again in a 4-0 win over the Winnipeg Wild.
The 16-year-old 11th grader in his sophomore season with the team, currently sits ninth in league scoring with 14 goals and 28 points. His is fourth in team scoring.
An assistant captain, he has been a huge part of helping his team record an impressive 21-0-1-0 record.
Stewart is listed by the WHL’s Brandon Wheat Kings and was drafted seventh overall by the MJHL’s Dauphin Kings.
