Hey there, time traveller!

Countryfest Homecoming 2024 will celebrate 35 years of musical heritage from June 28 to 30 this year in Dauphin, featuring the C-Weed Band, ’90s country legends like Patricia Conroy and more.
This year’s festival will be a journey back in time, featuring country, folk, rock and other genres of music, a press release issued Monday promised.
“This year’s festival will prove to be more comfortable, more welcoming to families, and more reflective of the festival you knew and loved back in the ’90s,” Duane McMaster, president of the event, said in the release.
This year’s more intimate festival format is a bid to take the event back to its roots and foster diversity and community spirit, McMaster said.
Friday’s featured acts include the C-Weed Band, Quinton Blair, Carolyn Dawn Johnson, Clint Black and Great Canadian Road Trip featuring Jason McCoy, Doc Walker and Michelle Wright.
Patricia Conroy, Lisa Brokop and Beverly Mahood make up part of Saturday’s lineup, joined by The Frontmen, featuring Larry Stewart of Restless Heart, Richie McDonald of Lonestar and Tim Rushlow of Little Texas. Diamond Rio, Alabama and Harlequin round off that day.
On Sunday, Don Amero, Mark Chesnutt, Jo Dee Messina and the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band will hit the stage.
