Duncan Waddell wears a festive elf hat while organizing and moving Christmas hampers at Brandon-Westman Christmas Cheer headquarters on Seventh Street on Wednesday. Volunteers worked all day and evening Wednesday to prep and send out Christmas hampers to families in need for the holidays. Volunteers will be back at it today to deliver the remainder of the hampers.
