Jimmy Teichroeb, president of the Assiniboine College Students’ Association, Natalia Daqui, the Students’ Association representative for the school of agriculture and environment, and Monica Chira, vice-president of diversity and inclusion for the Students’ Association, offer free pink cookies from Chez Angela to fellow students at the college on Wednesday in honour of Pink Shirt Day, which is an annual event against bullying. The Assiniboine students’ association held the event at both Brandon campuses to promote kindness.
