Adam Hartman hit a game-winning three-pointer with two seconds left as the Beez Kneez defeated the Dream Team 90-88 to open the Wheat City Men’s Basketball League season at Maryland Park School on Sunday.
Hartman had 27 points while O’Neil Gordon led the Dream Team with 26.
Paulino Dela Cruz Jr. had 22 points to lead Team X past Sioux Valley 91-61.
Jeremy Slomiany netted 16 as the Spartans beat Donkersloots 89-75. Cash Blanca led all scorers with 21.
The league plays all its games on Sunday afternoons at MPS.
