The public consultation meeting on the 2026 provincial budget will take place in Brandon on Friday, Feb. 13 — not Feb. 12, as previously announced.
Finance Minister Adrien Sala will hold Brandon’s public meeting, which will give Manitobans an opportunity to share their input on the 2026 provincial budget, at The Backyard on Aberdeen at 6 p.m.
Inaccurate information appeared on Engage Manitoba, a public engagement platform for the provincial government.

The provincial government has emailed people registered to attend the Brandon meeting, informing them of the revised date.
