The emergency department at the Brandon hospital and a hockey rink in Virden have been identified as the latest possible measles exposure sites, the province said.
People who were waiting in the ER at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Feb. 21 from 12:50 p.m. to 3:20 p.m. should monitor for any symptoms until March 15, a media bulletin said on Thursday.
Hockey fans in Virden who attended a game between the Oil Capitals and Winkler Flyers may have been exposed to measles at the Tundra Oil and Gas Place on Feb. 16 from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m., Manitoba public health officials reported online.

Anyone who was at the rink, which has a capacity of 1,200 seats, should monitor for symptoms until March 10.
People who do not have the measles (MMR or MMRV) vaccine and have been exposed to the highly contagious disease may be eligible for preventive treatment within six days of exposure, the province said.
