Hannah McGregor recorded 15 kills to lead the Vincent Massey Vikings to a 3-2 (25-11, 22-25, 25-13, 22-25, 15-9) win over the Crocus Plainsmen in Brandon High School Volleyball League varsity girls’ action at Crocus on Tuesday.
Hollie Brugger added 11 kills, with Ella VanDaele chipping in five kills and three blocks.
Mary Williams led Crocus with six kills and three blocks, while Jessie Dean posted five kills and Brooklyn Johnson recorded five kills and six digs.
The boys’ match ended after deadline.
Today, Massey hosts Crocus in junior varsity volleyball, with the girls starting at 6 p.m., and the boys following at 7:30.
