TORONTO – Andy Kim has lined up many flavours of Canadian pop-rock for his annual Christmas charity concert next month.
The “Sugar, Sugar” and “Rock Me Gently” singer-songwriter says rockers Sloan, pop-punk star Bif Naked and Broken Social Scene leader Kevin Drew are among the performers set for the annual fundraiser.
Other acts on the bill include dance-pop singers Ralph and Reve, rock-soul musician Julian Taylor, indie-pop artist Andy Stochansky, as well as Tom Wilson and Junkhouse.
The concert is being held at Toronto’s Massey Hall on Dec. 3, with all the proceeds going to the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health’s Gifts of Light program.
Tickets for the 21st edition of the fundraiser are on sale through Ticketmaster.
Last month, Kim was inducted into the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame.
