The Brandon Wheat Kings scored 3:16 into overtime to take the Memorial Cup semifinal from the Calgary Hitmen tonight, earning them a chance to face the Windsor Spitfires in Sunday’s final.

The Hitmen tied up the game 4-4 in the third period, and beat the Wheat Kings during the final game of the round robin portion of the tournament, but the Wheat Kings scored when it mattered most.
