A Brandon woman had a creepy midnight encounter, when a drunk man broke into her house and lay down to sleep in her bed.
When she confronted him, he got up and left, passing the woman’s roommate on his way out.
She called police to her home, in the 300-block of 13th Street, at about 12:20 a.m. on Monday, and officers found an intoxicated man matching her description a couple of blocks away, in the 00-block of 12th Street. He was arrested.
A 33-year-old Brandon man was to appear in court this morning on a charge of break and enter to a residence.
