Brandon’s parks will once again come alive with the sound of music as the Music in the Parks summer performance series kicks-off its 14th season tonight.

Young and old alike are invited to experience the magic of downtown’s Princess Park and the serenity of the Riverbank Discovery Centre, while enjoying the amazing talent of some of Western Manitoba’s finest performing artists.

More than two dozen performances are scheduled for the 2013 Music in the Parks series, with acts ranging from bluegrass to indie rock, barbershop to traditional Celtic and everything in between.
