The former Westoba Credit Union building at the corner of Princess Avenue and 10th Street is up for sale, listed at $2,499,900.

Westoba announced in 2017 the former branch would be closing to focus more on online services. The company still maintains corporate offices next-door for its branches across the province.

The 9,500-square-foot building features a glass skywalk, which connects it to the main Westoba Credit Union offices. According to the building’s real estate listing, the building’s main floor is suitable for many uses and the upstairs is a combination of boardrooms and private offices.

Zoned as mixed-use, the property allows lots of flexibility for prospective owners.
