Hey there, time traveller!

TD Bank has confirmed to The Sun via email that they plan to move their Brandon branch from their current location at 903 Rosser Ave. to 1108 18th St.
The lot on 18th Street is the former location of the Shell gas station that was torn down in October 2017. The Sun reported last week that work had begun on the empty lot across the street from the Canad Inns and Keystone Centre.
“I can confirm we are moving our Brandon branch from its current location on Rosser Avenue to 1108 18th St. at Brandon Avenue, which is about three kilometres away from the current branch,” TD Bank group manager of corporate and public affairs Geraldine Anderson said.
“The new location will have longer hours, including being open on Sundays, additional parking and a range of financial advisors, including specialists from TD Wealth, TD Business Banking and TD Agriculture Services.”
The existing branch is currently open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Monday through Friday and open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays.
Anderson said that TD hopes to open the branch for spring 2020.
