Canadian storage facility company StorageVault announced on Thursday that it acquired three facilities in Manitoba, including one in Brandon.
A representative of the company told the Sun that the company has purchased Trans Can Mini-Stor, located at 355 Park Ave. East. The business will eventually adopt StorageVault’s Access Self Storage brand.
According to a release sent out by the company, the deal was worth $3,700,000.
Deals have also been struck by StorageVault to acquire two facilities in Winnipeg for a purchase price of $7,845,000.
StorageVault owns and operates 202 storage facilities in Manitoba, Nova Scotia, Quebec, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia.
