Thursday update
The RCMP has released more details about a two-vehicle, head-on collision that occurred south of Brandon Wednesday afternoon and resulted in four people being injured.
The Sun was previously told by Brandon Fire and Emergency Services Wednesday that three people had been injured in the crash, although an RCMP representative clarified on Thursday that there were actually four individuals involved.
The collision was reported at 3 p.m., after a northbound pickup truck travelling on Highway 10 veered into the oncoming lane and smashed into a southbound SUV.
The occupants of the pickup truck, an 83-year-old male driver and his 79-year-old female passenger, were taken to hospital to treat what appears to be non-life-threatening injuries.
Meanwhile, the occupants of the SUV, a 60-year-old male driver and a female passenger of undetermined age, also sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
The site of the accident is roughly eight kilometres south of Brandon.

Wednesday
At least three individuals were reportedly injured following a two-vehicle, head-on collision south of Brandon Wednesday afternoon.
According to Capt. Terry Browett, Brandon Fire and Emergency Services were called to the scene of the crash at the intersection of Road 50 and Highway 10 around 3 p.m.
Two of the people involved in the crash sustained critical injuries and the third person is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries, Browett said.
STARS Air Ambulance was also called to transport at least one of the victims to hospital.
As of 5 p.m. Wednesday, the site was still blocked off by RCMP, resulting in north- and southbound traffic being diverted along that section of Highway 10.
The site of the accident is roughly eight kilometres south of Brandon.
The Sun will update this story when more information becomes available.
