Country music fans get a second helping of Countryfest this November, with four major acts set to hit the stage in Brandon.

The Keystone Centre is hosting Sawyer Brown and Lonestar for their Canadian tour, with special guests George Canyon and Doc Walker on Nov. 22, presented by Dauphin’s Countryfest.

Tickets go on sale at 11 a.m. Friday through ticketmaster.ca, with pre-sale exclusive offers starting at 11 a.m. today.

Having all four acts in one night appeals to the demographics of Brandon, said marketing director Jared MacKenzie, and the Keystone Centre is looking forward to bringing them in.

Countryfest and the Keystone Centre have been partnering for years to bring top-billed acts to Brandon, he added.

“Anyone who is a big country music fan probably remembers Lonestar and Sawyer Brown from somewhere in the area before and potentially Countryfest,” he said. “We are so excited to be bringing in these acts. It’s going to be a great show for the community.”

Earlier this month, the Keystone Centre switched ticket service providers to Ticketmaster.

Sawyer Brown has been performing for more than four decades and has released 18 studio albums with more than 50 charting singles and three No. 1 hits, including “The Walk,” “Thank God for You,” “The Boys and Me,” and what is considered the band’s anthem: “Some Girls Do.”

Lonestar has been charting hits since the mid-1990s, with hits including “No News,” “Come Cryin’ to Me,” “Amazed,” “Smile,” “What About Now,” “Tell Her” and “I’m Already There.” They were named the CMA’s top vocal group of they year in 2001.

Canyon has been one of Canada’s most well-known country acts since the early 2000s and has received countless accolades, including Juno, Canadian Country Music Association and East Coast Music Association awards. He has been inducted into the Nova Scotia Country Music Hall of Fame, recorded 12 albums, and was presented a certified Platinum Award for his debut album “One Good Friend.” His hits include “Just Like You,” “I Believe in Angels,” “Drinkin’ Thinkin’,” “Daughters of the Sun,” “I Got This,” “I Want You To Live” and “Slow Dance.”

Doc Walker is marking 20 years of performing on this tour. The group released eight No. 1 CMT videos with millions of streams, won 12 CCMA awards, including fan’s choice, group of the year, single of the year and earned a 2009 Juno award for country album of the year.
