Only two competitive smokehouse teams were in attendance, Texas Rangers Barbecue Team and the Mississippi Smokehouse team, which set up shop behind the Keystone Centre all weekend, serving up ribs, chicken, pulled pork, sausages and beef ribs to festival-goers.
