Kyanna Giles put up 22 points as the Winnipeg Wesmen dropped the visiting Brandon University Bobcats 79-43 in U Sports pre-season women’s basketball action at the Duckworth Centre on Friday night.
Piper Ingalls led BU with 11 points while Kelsey Starchuck added 10.
The Wesmen led 51-16 at the half.
Brandon plays Manitoba today at 6 p.m., then Lakehead on Sunday at 11 a.m.
