Hey there, time traveller!
This article was published 07/10/2023 (869 days ago), so information in it may no longer be current.
The following is a rundown of the hours of operation at various local businesses and services this weekend.
The Brandon Sun will not publish an e-edition of the newspaper on Thanksgiving Day (Monday), but a news reporter will remain on duty throughout the long weekend. Regular print editions will resume on Tuesday.
The list is far from complete. If you want your service or business to be included in the Sun’s next holiday hours listing, email your hours of operation a few days in advance to business reporter Abiola Odutola at aodutola@brandonsun.com, with “Holiday Hours” in the subject line.
CITY OF BRANDON
• Brandon City Hall (410 Ninth St.), the A.R. McDiarmid Civic Complex (638 Princess Ave.) and the Civic Services Complex (900 Richmond Ave. East) will be closed.
• Brandon Transit will run conventional service and Brandon Access Transit services from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The transit information centre will be closed.

• Brandon’s Community Sportsplex will be closed.
• Brandon’s Youth Centre will be closed.
• Brandon Municipal Cemetery is open from dawn to dusk, but the cemetery office will be closed.
All after-hours Public Works emergencies should be directed to the City of Brandon Public Works After-Hours Line at 204-729-2285. The Civic Services Complex (900 Richmond Avenue East) remains closed until further notice.
