Hobbs Manor resident Grace Bell visited with friends, family and well-wishers during a party for her 100th birthday on Tuesday. Bell officially turns 100 on Thursday, making her Hobbs Manor’s oldest resident. Bell lived her entire life in the Elgin area prior to moving into Hobbs Manor, where she has lived for the past 23 years. A large crowd celebrated her birthday with cake and tea.
