There’s nothing like a hot summer day to join up with some friends and go tubing down the river. That’s what Loren Lobreau, Jodie Tocher, Luis Alvarenga and Cassandra Kowalchuk did when they set out on the Little Saskatchewan River west of Brandon on a hot and humid Monday afternoon.
