Spare a day this weekend for Canada’s National Ukrainian Festival, which started on Friday morning in Dauphin. The festival advertises itself as a celebration of the rich and vibrant culture and heritage of Ukrainian Canadians in a family-oriented setting.

The dancing, music, food and celebration of all things Ukrainian will continue to Aug. 4.
