MAN ARRESTED FOR ASSAULT
Brandon Police Service (BPS) responded to a call from a business on the 700 block of Princess Avenue on Sunday morning, following reports of a 35-year-old man causing a disturbance and spitting on another patron.
He was released on an undertaking to appear before the court in March.

MAN ARRESTED FOR BREACH OF PEACE
BPS officers arrested an intoxicated man, 33, from a residence on the 300 block of Lorne Avenue on Sunday morning for causing a disturbance.
He was held in a detention cell and will be released once sober.
WOMAN ARRESTED FOR SHOPLIFTING
A woman, 38, was arrested from a business on the 900 block of Victoria Avenue on Sunday afternoon for stealing and concealing unpaid for store merchandise.
Upon arrest, she was charged with theft and released with a court date in March.
YOUTH ARRESTED FOR BREACHING CURFEW
Officers responded to a call from an address on the 100 block of 13th Street on Monday night, following reports of the presence of a 15-year-old boy, found to be breaching his court-ordered curfew conditions.
The accused was arrested without incident. The boy was held in a detention cell, and was expected to appear in court on Monday.
WOMAN ARRESTED FOR ASSAULT
A business on the 300 block of Veterans Way reported that one of their staff members was assaulted by a 33-year-old woman, who reportedly spit on and scratched the face of a staff member.
The woman was arrested, held in a BPS detention cell, and was due for court on Monday.
TWO WOMEN ARRESTED
Officers arrested two women early Monday morning while conducting a walk-through of a business located on the 3000 block of Victoria Avenue.
A 40-year-old woman was arrested in connection with an assault complaint reported on Saturday. She was kept in detention and appeared in court on Monday.
Another female, 28, who was accompanying the woman was also found to be violating a probation order. She was arrested as well and will appear in court in March.
