In a lead-up to Louis Riel Day next week, the Ivan Flett Memorial Dancers will perform at the Evans Theatre today at 1 p.m.
Nora Wilson will discuss “Trans Allyship in Challenging Times” in a School of Music Out of Bounds Lecture Series talk on Monday evening. The talk will take place from 6 to 6:50 p.m., in the Lorne Watson Recital Hall.
The School of Music faculty performs a pro series concert on Tuesday at the Lorne Watson Recital Hall. The program will include works by Barbara York, Ravel, Jorge Montilla and more. Tickets are available at the door for $20 for general admission. BU and Conservatory of Music students can attend for free.
Merrin Macrae of the University of Waterloo will talk about conservation practices to improve water quality in agricultural landscapes in a Science Seminar Series talk on Friday. The online talk will begin at 2:30 p.m. Email TeepleH@BrandonU.ca for more information.
The Bobcats basketball teams return to the Healthy Living Centre this weekend for their final home games of the season. The Bobcats host the University of Saskatchewan Huskies, with the women playing at 6 p.m. on Friday, followed by the men at 8 p.m. On Saturday, the women tip off at 5 p.m., with the men up next at 7 p.m. The Bobcat futsal teams host their Manitoba Colleges Athletic Conference rivals on Saturday at the HLC, with matches from 11 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. The volleyball teams visit Thompson Rivers University.

Experience the fun of Sun of a Beach with the ACSA on Feb. 22. Registration opens on Jan. 13 and closes on Feb. 7. Don’t miss your chance to participate in the biggest volleyball game of the year!
