SHOPLIFTING SUSPECT ARRESTED

Police arrested a 44-year-old woman on Thursday after confirming she was the suspect from a previous shoplifting incident last month.

Video footage was confirmed tying the woman to the previous incident. She was charged with theft under $5,000.

The woman was released for court on an appearance notice for May 12.

TEEN BREAKS CURFEW

A 13-year-old boy was located and arrested on Thursday at around 1:10 a.m. after police say they confirmed the youth was breaching curfew conditions.

The boy was released with an appearance notice to appear in court on April 8.

Vehicle towed after breath test

A 40-year-old driver was stopped just after midnight on Friday when police saw him driving erratically.

The man failed two breathalyzer tests during the traffic stop near 18th Street and Brandon Avenue, police say. His vehicle was towed.

ARREST AFTER VEHICLE BROKEN INTO

Local business security had a suspect in custody when police arrived around 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. The suspect was connected to a report of a vehicle that had been broken into in the first block of 10th Street.

Police arrested a 27-year-old female suspect, who has an undertaking with a court date of May 1.
