Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries has secured naming rights to the Keystone Centre’s viewing lounge and assembly hall as part of a multi-year sponsorship agreement.
The three-year agreement came into effect in September last year and includes opportunities for the Crown corporation to renew the partnership beyond 2028, Keystone Centre said in a news release on Thursday.
Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries holds the right of first refusal for securing the naming rights in the future.

The new partnership strengthens the Keystone Centre’s ability to provide high quality events for the community and enhances the guest experience through upgraded spaces and increased collaboration, the event centre’s CEO and general manager, Connie Lawrence, said in the release.
The sponsorship also supports programming by providing a dozen free tickets to local teams and organizations that give back to the community to cheer on the Wheat Kings at ice level in the Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries Fan Zone.
The Crown corporation will also sponsor the Wheat Kings bobblehead night, in-game activities, giveaways and ceremonial moments, the release said.
The investment helps offset the cost of hosting local sporting events, agricultural exhibitions, conferences, fairs and entertainment programming to ensure the Keystone Centre continues to serve Westman, said Gerry Sul, president and CEO of Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries.
