The Canadian Junior Hockey League (CJHL) announced Monday the Flin Flon Bombers (SJHL) have maintained their hold at No. 1 overall in its latest top-20 rankings.

Continuing to top the table in the 12-team Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League, Flin Flon is on a 10-0-1-0 heater as of late, while boasting a SJHL-best overall mark of 23-1-2-0.

Slotted No. 2 are the surging Brooks Bandits (AJHL). The reigning Centennial Cup title holders reeled off 13 consecutive triumphs to extend their lead in the Alberta Junior Hockey League standings, in having gone 28-3-0-0 to date.

Coming in at number four nationally are the front-runners of the Manitoba Junior Hockey League, the Steinbach Pistons.

Even with having an 11-game winning streak snapped on the road versus the rival Portage Terriers, Steinbach still leads the MJHL in goals-scored with 104 and pace the pack with an impressive 20-3-1-0 record.

Capping of the Top 5 in the 122-team CJHL are the Trenton Golden Hawks (OJHL). Having gone 12-0-1-0 in their past 13 outings, Trenton enters play this week posting a season-starting run of 24-4-0-1.

Other MJHL teams in the top-20 include Winker Flyers (sixth) and Virden Oil Capitals (13th), while the Dauphin Kings received an honourable mention.
