The Assiniboine College Cougars split a weekend doubleheader against the University of Jamestown Jimmies on the weekend in American Collegiate Hockey Association’s women’s Division 2 action, in Jamestown, N.D.

On Saturday, Kasey Fouillard had the lone goal for the Cougars in a 3-1 loss. Clair Merckx made 26 saves, with Lilah Drew turning aside 25 shots.

On Sunday, Katie Falkevitch, Kali Remillard and Alexis Campbell scored and Rachel Halldorson made 22 saves as the Cougars earned a 3-0 win.

Jane Sugimoto stopped 50 shots for Jamestown.
