Brandonite Nolan Chastko will be skating at the University of Manitoba next season.

The 20-year-old forward, who won a Western Hockey League championship with the Everett Silvertips in May, has committed to the Bisons: The news was announced Monday.

Last season, he had 10 goals and 25 assists in 68 regular season games with the Silvertips, with nine points in 18 playoff games. He also spent time on the Everett blue-line when they struggled with injuries.
