Brayden Dube’s goal with 8:27 to go in the third period was the difference Wednesday night as the Kings picked up a 2-1 win over the host Steinbach Pistons in the seventh and deciding game of the Turnbull Cup final at the T.G. Smith Centre.

Logan Calder — who was part of the Portage Terriers team that were the last league champions in 2019 before the COVID-19 pandemic wiped out the last two post-seasons — also scored in the win.
