• 30 YEARS AGO Bruce Robinson, Jim Turner, Wayne Ramsey and Greg Little all scored twice for the Hamiota Huskies as they beat the Brandon Junior B’s 11-7 in the SouthWest Hockey League.

• 20 YEARS AGO — Reagan Rome scored four goals to lead the Brandon Atom AA Wheat Kings to a 14-2 pounding of the Regina Tri-Town Titans in the consolation final of an atom hockey tournament.
