Led by Milaina Nachtigall’s 21 points, the Neelin Spartans varsity girls’ basketball team edged the Sanford Sabres 64-61 on Monday to head to provincials next week.

Marly Pellerin chipped in with 13 points in the win. Neelin will head to AAA provincials to defend their title at Lorette Collegiate from March 19 to 21.
