It was the second of a four-game homestand for the Jets.

Pastrnak set up Elias Lindholm for the insurance goal at the 14:43 mark of the third period, which upped the score to 5-3. Pastrnak then scored into an empty net with 2:04 left.

In his 300th NHL game, Vilardi pulled the Jets to within 4-3 with a power-play goal with 2:14 left in the second period. It was Winnipeg’s first power-play goal in eight games.

Lindholm pounced on a Pastrnak rebound and slapped a shot past Comrie to up Boston’s lead to 4-2 with 5:04 left in the middle frame.

Boston scored three goals within a span of 2:44 to help take a 3-2 lead into the second period.

After Barron opened the scoring for Winnipeg 5:59 into the contest, Pastrnak and Mittelstadt each netted power-play markers before Kuraly scored his third of the season at 11:08.

Iafallo pulled the Jets to within 3-2 with a brilliant individual effort at 13:27 after Dyan DeMelo had sent him a pass up the boards.
